1) 按个人才干能力给
Gave according to ability and capability
i) 主认识我们每个人
God knows everyone of us
ii) 主有权力要怎样给
God has the right to give as He wants
iii) 主的要求其实不多
God actually does not require a lot from us:
* v19, 26-27

2) 皆都是心态的问题
It is all about attitude
i) 有些人会多而又多
Some people will be increasing: v16, 28
ii) 只要忠心奖赏一样
Same reward for faithfulness: v21, 23
iii) 恶仆多借口和埋怨
Many excuses and complaints from wicked servant:
v24-25
