1)孤单害怕的感觉
Feeling lonely and afraid: v1-2
i) 当生命受到威胁
When life is threatened

When listening to the devil’s lies
iii) 当受人的话影响
When affected by human words

2)若没安静寻求主
If not seeking the Lord in quietness: v3-5
i) 就自己冲动行动
Taking own action rashly
ii) 用负面情绪面对
Facing with negative emotions
iii) 就会沮丧和绝望
Will feel depressed and hopeless

3)神仍然守护着你
God is still watching over you
i) 依然供应喂养你
Still providing for and feeding you: v5-7
ii) 吃灵粮重新得力
Strength renewed by eating spiritual food: v7-9
iii) 神的话鼓励指示
