1) 安息日极其重要
Sabbath day is extremely important
安息Sabbath: 停止cease, 庆祝celebrate,
缺乏会受苦suffer to be lacking,
让你休息 make to rest
i) 十诫里其中一条
One of the ten commandments: 出Ex. 20:8
ii) 生命中不能缺乏
Cannot be lacking in life
iii) 神最懂祂造的人
God created humans, He knows the best

2) 安息日许多益处
Many benefits of Sabbath day
i) 神特别赐福之日
Day God specially blessed: 创Gen. 2:3
ii) 需调理重新得力
To recuperate and be restored
iii) 亲近神只能蒙福
Can only be blessed to be near God
