1) 超越外表神看人内心
Beyond the superficial, God sees the inside:
* 撒上 1 Sam 16:7
i) 谦卑悔改等候神的人
People who are humble and repentant and would wait on God: v8-9, 11; 22:17-18, 21
ii) 会顺服权柄受教的人
Teachable and obedient to authority:
* v1-2, 14; 22:12-16
iii)愿为主摆上生命的人
Willing to offer up own life for God:
* v4-6, 16, 23-25; 20:22-24

2) 神也会看人办事态度
God will also look at our attitude while serving
i) 在小事上会忠心的人
People who are trustworthy in small matters:
* 7:57-58; 22:20; 路 Luke 16:10; 19:16-17
ii)很积极不怕辛苦的人
Very motivated and unafraid of challenges: * v18-25
iii)能与人配搭同心事奉
Can work with others in one heart: v26-29
