1)只是跟风不是真心
Just following the crowd and not sincere
i) 大家都做所以也做
Doing because everyone is doing: 4:34-35; 5:1-2
ii) 刻意隐瞒给人错觉
Deliberately concealing to give wrong impression: 5:3-4
iii) 骗得过人骗不过神
Can deceive people but not God: 5:4

2)圣洁神不容许虚假
Holy God does not permit falsehood
i) 圣洁真理不能妥协
Holy truths cannot be compromised: 5:5, 11
ii) 但神会怜悯给机会
But God is merciful to give chances: v7-8
iii) 犯罪的事不可同心
Do not agree to sin together: v9
